Tatjana Piljan was born in Pljevlja on June 11, 1988. years. She graduated from the high school of economics "Nada Dimić" in Zemun in 2007. She graduated from the Belgrade Business School, majoring in marketing and trade in 2011. and received the title of professional economist. In the same year, she enrolled in master's studies at the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship. In 2013, she completed a master's degree in Business Economics and Entrepreneurship and received the title of master economist. In 2014, she enrolled in doctoral studies at the Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance in Belgrade. She worked for a year in the company "Gorakop" as a commercialist. She worked in insurance representation in the agency Predrag Ratković PR Belgrade. She has a license as an insurance agent.
