Jelena Gluščević was born in Sarajevo on July 25, 1983. years. She finished primary and secondary school in Sremska Mitrovica and Belgrade. In 2007, she graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. She worked for a year in the law office Bulatović in the field of criminal law. The doctorate is in the defense phase at the Faculty of Law, Union University in Belgrade on the topic "Confiscation of property acquired through crime" with prof. Emeritus Dr. Momcilo Grubach. Since 2009, she has been employed at the Sports Academy as the school secretary. Since 2017, he has been working as a conciliator and arbitrator at the Republic Agency for the Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes. Since 2016, she has been employed as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship in Belgrade.
